Shipping & Handling Information

Regular shipping within within the Continental U.S. within 7-10 business days of your order. Rates quoted are by FedEx ground service, U.S. Postal Service or UPS standard ground service. Other express rates are available (2-3 business days). To establish rates or to request any other special delivery services please call us at or 847-550-5054 for more details.

For any international shipments, any brokerage, taxes or duty charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.


Our Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 7 days from date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All merchandise shipped must be shipped prepaid. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders for custom made items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Please call 877-277-1495 or 847-550-5054 before shipping for a return authorization so we can determine the nature of the return. Your satisfaction is our goal.


Re-stocking Charge

A 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed on all returns.

Garlands

Shipping & Handling cost will be adjusted to half if buying multiples of the same item. No shipping charges are charged on your order until the it is ready to ship and then the adjustments are made. Please email us or call 847-550-5054 for more details.
